Having worked at one of the largest immigration law firms in the United States and at a big-four accounting firm, Melissa has extensive experience with employment-based immigration, family-based cases, and waivers. She has helped clients secure U.S. non-immigrant work authorization, permanent residency (green cards) through the PERM process and family-based-petitions and overcome inadmissibility issues to enter the U.S. for work and tourism.

Before returning to Canada, Melissa arrived in the United States with a green card based on a family petition filed by her grandfather. Soon after, Melissa earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas and later became a United States citizen; she is now a dual Canada-US citizen. Melissa is a member of the Texas bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

At the University of Virginia, Vanderbilt University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Dahlia served as the Designated School Officer (DSO), the I-9/E-Verify Program Administrator and directed their immigration offices. After 16 years in higher education, Dahlia returned to private practice, focusing on academia, academics, and international students.

Dahlia arrived in the United States on a F-1 visa and earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. and her LLM from Loyola in Chicago. She is a member of the Connecticut bar, AILA and the American Bar Association (ABA).

Previously a Canadian & Immigration Canada (“CIC”) Officer at Edmonton International Airport and an Immigration Lead at a big-four accounting firm, Peter boasts a distinguished career handling all types of Canadian immigration and global matters - from student and work permits to citizenship and everything in between such as temporary & permanent residence through express entry and the family class categories, provincial nominee programs, humanitarian cases, and global visas.

After rising through the ranks to Senior Immigration Officer with CIC, Peter became an Immigration Consultant and is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant registered with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

We understand that a complete immigration strategy may have Canadian immigration and other country implications as well. So, Peter is our Advisor on Canadian immigration and global matters.
